An unlimited number of Users are hereby informed that all the rights to the whole and/or separately taken: graphic content (videos, articles, meditations, and illustrations), scenes, individual text materials, audio files or content, and the corresponding program code that have been used and/or are being used in this Euforia Mobile App and/or all of its original changes, additions, and modifications, as well as on https://euforia.digital service, are the result of individual creativity and are owned by EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC.

Under the Berne Convention and the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” the copyright held by EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC to works, including those that have been and/or are used in this Euforia Mobile App, as well as in https://euforia.digital/ service, arose at the time of the creation of the work. EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC requires no registration of the work(s) nor compliance with any other formalities toward the User or third parties.

Copying text or other copyright objects used and/or being used in this Euforia Mobile App and in https://euforia.digital service shall be prohibited without the author's consent, namely: EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC.

User’s access to the work provided in this app for personal use only for User’s educational and personal purposes shall not overcome any of the Author’s prohibitions as specified herein.

Cropping, signing, and converting copyrighted content used in the app to black and white or vice versa outside this Euforia Mobile App shall be prohibited without the Author's consent, namely: EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC.

Distributing, publishing, processing, and posting work, including the work that has been and/or is used in this Euforia Mobile App and in https://euforia.digital service, on the Internet outside these resources shall be possible only subject to mandatory agreement thereof with the Author. All requests for such author’s consent shall be made in writing and sent to [email protected]; pending a clear authorization received from the Copyright Holder, no Author’s consent shall be deemed to have been issued, and the above prohibition shall remain in effect.

Illegal use of intellectual property items that have been and/or are used in this Euforia Mobile App, as well as in https://euforia.digital service, without permission or knowledge of the owner (EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC) may result not only in the blocking of websites where such resources are illegally placed but also in criminal liability for the infringers on rights, as well as in the recovery of damages, pain and suffering, and legal costs.

Users shall, furthermore, be deemed to have been informed that EUFORIA DIGITAL, LLC will not be held liable in case of any subsequent problems due to the use of the Euforia information, content, and/or Mobile App.

Any User who believes that his or her work or the work of a third party that such User is authorized to represent has been published or otherwise reproduced or used in the Euforia Mobile App in violation of copyright is requested to notify the Author immediately by sending a copyright infringement notice in writing to [email protected].
